I flew 14,000 kms (8699 miles) and 15 hours on a crappy flight to spend $700 on tickets to see Cher in May 2010. Only to sit in the Area, waiting for Cher to come on stage when an audio announcement advised that Cher would not be performing. After 3 years of hard saving, sitting in the arena waiting for Cher to walk on stage, only to be told that she would not be performing was crushing. Ceasers staff advised it was no good paying for the next night – as it would be unlikely that Cher would be performing the following night. I went back to Australia with no Cher-Experience.
